‘Bangor Daily News’ features article on Art Gallery’s ‘Coyote Connections’ exhibition

On October 9, 2014, the Bangor Daily News featured an article on “Coyote Connections,†a current exhibition at »¨Ó°Ö±²¥â€™s Portland Art Gallery.

Co-curated by Anne Zill, director of the Art Gallery, and Geri Vistein, a biologist, the show displays works by more than 30 Maine artists in various mediums, depicting coyotes to “demystify the animals and also bridge art and science.â€

“These are the goals,†said Zill, “to make art relevant to scientific explanations.â€

The exhibition will run through mid-January.
